The Clark County Education Association (CCEA), as the exclusive representative of all licensed Clark County employees employed or not hired by the school district, has negotiated a comprehensive collective agreement (CBA) with the Clark County School District (SCC). • amendments to Article 8 to allow greater flexibility in the conduct of trade union operations.
